Latest: Cop-turned-actor Dennis Farina will not face felony charges for weapons possession following his arrest at Los Angeles International Airport in early May . The star, 64, was apprehended at L.A.X. Airport on 11 May after a loaded gun was found in his briefcase as he attempted to board a plane. He was charged with carrying a concealed weapon following the discovery of the .22 caliber, semi-automatic pistol. Authorities later discovered the gun was also unregistered. But the former Chicago, Illinois police officer has scored a lucky break - a spokesperson at the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office has confirmed his case is now being reviewed as a possible misdemeanour.
